We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Executive who’s eager to learn, grow, and build lasting client relationships in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer.
Draft and submit engaging proposals, cover letters, and project bids.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their goals and propose suitable IT solutions.
Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
Achieve monthly goals for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
✅ Basic understanding of IT services — websites, mobile apps, software development.
✅ Strong analytical mindset and interest in client communication.
✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Previous experience in lead generation or bidding (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, or sales pipelines.
Understanding of digital trends and SaaS solutions.
