Job Overview:
Skylight Codeworks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in project management within a technical or software development environment.

You will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with development teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The candidate should have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and be comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and sprint cycles.

• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones with clients and internal teams.

• Ensure project documentation and reporting are properly maintained.

• Identify potential project risks and propose solutions proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical project management or a related role.

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Basic understanding of software development processes.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with software development teams.

• Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other collaboration tools.

• Ability to manage client communication and expectations.
