Upon full payment of all fees associated with a project, Skylight Code Works grants the Client the rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use snippets of code, generic knowledge, or portfolio images for our own promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
3. User Obligations
